Springthrough Is Certified in the Claude Partner Network

Springthrough Is Certified in the Claude Partner Network

Springthrough is Certified in the Claude Partner Network. Our people hold Claude certifications, and we are building from here.

For us, this mostly makes official something that was already true. Claude is part of how we research, write, build, and review code every day, and it's at the center of the connectors, software, and plugins we build for clients.

What the Claude Partner Network is

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving the work through public customer references. You can read more at claude.com/partners.

How we use it day to day

Most of how we use Claude is ordinary consulting work.

Research. Before a first call, we use Claude to look at what a prospect's site runs on and what's changed in their industry, so we come in with better questions.

Proposals. Claude helps us turn discovery notes and RFPs into first-draft scopes and estimates. A person still owns every number and commitment in them.

Development. Our developers use it for scaffolding, refactoring, and writing tests. It's especially useful on older Sitefinity sites where the documentation is thin and the people who built them have moved on.

Code review. Claude reviews pull requests alongside our engineers. It's a second set of eyes, not a replacement for the human reviewer.

What we build with it

Using Claude ourselves is half of it. The other half is building with it for clients, and that work goes well beyond any one platform.

MCP connectors. We build secure, scoped connectors that let AI assistants read from and act on the systems a business already runs: a CMS, a CRM, an ERP, an internal database. MCP is an open standard, so one connector works with Claude, Copilot, and other MCP-compatible tools, and you decide exactly what the AI can see and do.

AI inside custom software. Our developers build AI directly into the applications we write for clients: intelligent workflows, automated document processing, AI-powered integrations between systems, and agentic tools that work in the stack a client already has.

Skills and plugins for your team. We help clients turn their own repeatable work into Claude Skills and plugins, so anyone on the team can run a process in plain English without learning prompt engineering. The plugin carries the process; people just ask.

Sitefinity, where we started. We're a Progress Sitefinity partner, so we productized this for Sitefinity first. Our Sitefinity MCP connector lets an AI assistant audit pages for missing meta descriptions or alt text, find content that hasn't been touched in a while, and draft new pages and news items. Anything it writes is saved as a draft for an editor to review. The plugins on top of it run in Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ChatGPT, since our clients don't all use the same assistant. The full walkthrough is on our AI for Sitefinity page.

We still recommend the right tool

This doesn't change how we advise clients. If Copilot fits a team that already works in Microsoft 365, we'll say so. If a ChatGPT workflow is working, we'd keep it. We'd rather help you pick what fits than push one product, and Claude is the one we use most ourselves. That independence is how we approach AI consulting in Grand Rapids.

Where to start

If you're working out where AI fits in your business, here's where we'd start:

  • Martech AI Evaluation. Over two to three weeks, we'd look at your CMS, analytics, CRM, and content workflows with you and show where AI could save time and where it isn't ready yet.
  • A connector, skill, or plugin of your own. Tell us the system you want AI to reach or the process your team repeats every week, and we'll scope what it takes to build.
  • AI for Sitefinity demo. A walkthrough of the MCP connector and plugins on a live Sitefinity instance.

Let's find where AI fits.

Whether it's a Martech AI Evaluation, a custom connector, or a skill your team runs every week, we're happy to talk it through: where AI could save time, and where it isn't ready yet.
